Madeline Wilson, MD is the Chief Campus Health Officer and Chief Quality Officer at Yale Health. Dr. Wilson is a board-certified internal medicine physician who is known for her devotion to high-quality clinical care and her skill as an administrator. Since joining Yale Health in 2006 as Chief of Internal Medicine, Dr. Wilson has held leadership positions of increasing scope and currently serves as Yale Health’s Chief Quality Officer. During the COVID pandemic, Dr. Wilson was a key member of Yale’s Public Health Advisory team and the architect and director of the COVID-19 Testing and Tracing Program, which was a recipient of the Linda K. Lorimer Award for Distinguished Service in 2021. Throughout her career, she has sought to improve systems to enhance care for patients and communities, and the work experience of clinicians. Her collective experience has positioned her extremely well to shape and oversee campus-wide health initiatives.
